Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients:

1 block feta in brine

1/3 cup plain yogurt

Zest of half a lemon

2-3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

additional olive oil and fresh chopped herbs to garnish

Directions: place the drained feta, yogurt, and lemon zest in a blender or food processor. Blend on high, drizzzling the olive oil through the top opening your machine as you go. Whip until you get a nice smooth texture.

Remove your dip to a plate or bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a nice handful of fresh chopped herbs.
